A Modern Painted Staircase
This traditional home built in 1910 is getting a modern overhaul. A big paint makeover this entryway. Designer Kirsten Grove mixed modern with the original classic touches of this home.

Midnight Oil 1631 by Benjamin Moore is the darkest shade of blue-black and offers instant drama. Kirsten wanted the stairs to become a fun focal point so she chose to paint the stair molding in the Midnight Oil and walls/windown trim surrounding in Decorators White CC-20.
It it really does brings a modern touch to a classic, traditional space.
