 Never forget the ceiling when painting a room.

The fifth wall (ceiling) is quite often left out and only painted white, while other times of course white is the perfect colour for it. We are talking about the rooms that are usually off whites or neutrals, the ones that need a kick start and a WOW. This room is only neutral and white, until you look up to the splash of bold orange. So fun. Not sure what colour to paint your ceiling? Take a cue from your accents pillows and accessories, there is nothing boring about this neutral space now. Go bold or go home. This living room is so rich and colourful. We love the shot of luxe by painting the ceiling gold which ties in with the furnishings. We also love the idea in wallpapered room, choosing a colour from the paper and bringing on to the ceiling really can really unify a space. This country kitchen was missing some colour and the soft minty tone on the ceiling is perfect. This kitchen is gorgeous and extremely soft painted in neutral tones. The blue ceiling is unexpected and can be repainted easily if the owners get sick of it. We love it.
